ReRoute is a technology platform that enables users to discover, search for, and publish vehicle or ride availability based on route, vehicle type, and planned departure information. ReRoute is not a transport carrier, logistics provider, booking agent, insurer, employer, or party to any arrangement, transaction, ride, shipment, or agreement made between users.

To use ReRoute, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, provide accurate information, use an authorized mobile number, complete OTP verification, and maintain account security. You must notify us at rerouteconnect@gmail.com of any unauthorized access.

ReRoute uses a one-time password (“OTP”) sent to your registered mobile number to authenticate your account. You must not share your OTP. We may limit requests or suspend access for security purposes.

When posting, you must provide accurate info: pickup/destination, vehicle type, departure date/time, and any notes. You may only publish listings you are authorized to offer. Users can view and delete active listings through My Rides.

You are solely responsible for your actions, listings, and dealings with other users. Before contacting or travelling with another user, you must carry out your own checks (identity, vehicle condition, licences, permits, insurance). ReRoute does not verify or guarantee user identity or conduct.

Users must not provide false info, post unauthorized listings, upload harmful content, misuse user data, or violate road-safety/transport laws. Interference with Services or scraping data is strictly prohibited.

The ReRoute app, design, branding, and logos are owned by ReRoute. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have jurisdiction. Please contact rerouteconnect@gmail.com for informal resolution before legal proceedings.
