Account Deletion

Users can permanently delete their ReRoute account directly through the ReRoute mobile application.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the ReRoute mobile app and log in to your account.
  2. Go to the "Profile" section from the bottom navigation.
  3. Select "Personal Information".
  4. Scroll down and select "Delete account".
  5. A confirmation dialog will appear.
  6. Select "Permanently delete" to confirm the deletion.
  7. Select "Cancel" if you do not want to proceed.
